Nicole de Koning is manager van het programma Behavioural and Societal
Transition bij TNO. Nicole onderzoekt gedrag van mensen en de rol van het systeem. Ze brengt drijfveren voor gedrag in kaart en onderzoekt barrieres die beoogd duurzaam gedrag in de weg staan. Deze inzichten vertaalt ze naar beleidsaanbevelingen en product- en dienstconcepten.
Nicole heeft een achtergrond in de cognitiewetenschap. Ze begon haar loopbaan bij Baan en maakte vervolgens de overstap naar KPN Research.

At TenneT Offshore, my focus has been on elevating strategic development and resource management to new heights, ensuring the success of large-scale offshore projects. With competencies honed in strategic advisory and resource optimization, I've been instrumental in advancing organizational effectiveness and project execution.

In addition to my core responsibilities, I serve as a Member of the Board for the Women@TenneT group, where I actively contribute to fostering an inclusive and empowering environment for women within our organization. I am also the Process Owner and Facilitator for the onboarding of new colleagues at our offshore departments in both the Netherlands and Germany, ensuring a seamless integration and setting them up for success from day one.

My role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from facilitating leadership meetings and decision-making processes to optimizing recruitment to secure top talent. Thanks to a collaborative approach and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, the teams I work with have seen enhanced performance and streamlined operations.
