Electrical Power Systems Engineer
“I bring depth, joy, and alignment to the visible—and invisible—systems we live within.”
Ana Roxana Ciupuliga is a power system engineer, artist, and intuitive systems thinker. With over 12 years at TenneT in different roles and a PhD in power systems from Delft University of Technology, she currently works in operational system resilience from the lens of voltage and reactive power management, while also mentoring younger colleagues and exploring the more subtle forces that support flow and connection in systems and people.
She is a spiritual seeker and a lifelong student of embodied awareness and energetic systems. Through her own path of healing and transformation, she speaks with clarity about resilience—not as a theory, but as lived experience. With a background in diverse modalities—from yoga and holistic healing to frameworks like Human Design and Gene Keys—she brings an original understanding of how tension, alignment, and energy flow through both people and systems.
Ana is also the voice and creative force behind ANA ROXANA, where her music reflects her healing and spiritual path. More about this can be found at www.anaroxana.com.
